Birthdays!

wow, haven't we been procrastinating? 

well, here's a little update because i blog when i'm stressed. 

first this year (if i'm not mistaken) would be Elysia's super belated birthday. Celebrated for her after service on Sunday.

and then there was a more recent celebration for the resident guitarist, treasure, driver and awesome guy. turning 23 on 4th June and celebrated in KimchiHaru. quite glad that he was surprised. :D

Cell Group - 22nd Sept 2011

Hello mello wello!

I'm here to blog about CG just now!!

Personally I think it was awesome ♥♥

Game was charades, everything was either movie/series.. was hardddddd at first!!!

Oh well, Titanic was easy but somehow *ahem* the team guessing didnt get it, haha. cacat people.

In the end, the losing team had to massage for the winning team. I think it was quite a good punishment, cause the game master *ehemm sarah poh* got her massage too!! :D:D

Praise song was led by our most beloved yang cantik. Its her second time!! and it was my second time leading worship as well. Oh well, I wouldnt say it was very perfect, but it wasnt that cacat also, presence of God was there and I think thats most important!! A big thank you to our Mr. Calvin who never fails to serve us as our one and only guitarist *grateful*.

Testimony challenge was fun! I like what Joan shared!!

Ian got a new watch from PikWen on PikWen's birthday! How awesome is that??! Being able to bless others on her own birthday, isnt that very amazing?

And lets continue to pray that Calvin's Bangladesh customer will contact him soon to close the sale, Amen?? Our God is a BIG God, so lets pray for a big amount okay!!

After testimony we had our sermon by SiewMin! Sermon was good! Listening to the same sermon twice allows us a capture more, and remember better. I hope the sermon doesnt just end at cell group just now. Grab hold of whatever you learned and apply it into your daily life okay! We are all the child of God everyday, 24/7.. not just during cg and in church okay!

And remember to always support SiewMin when she preaches okay! It's not fun to preach to a crowd that doesnt respond *not that you guys were very quiet just now, but then I guess more response would be better* heehee:D

Offering challenge was by Ian! It's been a while since he last shared?? Honestly, thank you for taking time out to prepare offering though you are super busy!!! Really appreciate it!! And I like how your offering challenge flows with the sermon. Heehee. Good job bro!

After CG we headed to Station One for Joan's expected birthday celebration (That will be on a seperate post I assume *hint hint*)

And also, not to forget, thank you David for planning out all the birthday celebrations all these while :)

And and.. Thank you Elysia for the pretty bulletin!!!

Steph's 19th birthday celebration :)

Coming bec to blog again =DD  Actually I planed to blog this post right after I came bec from cg group last nite. However, I felt so tired and sleepy when I'm bec. So, ... *sorry*

Since I woke up early today and my battery have been recharged,  I could have blog it now =)) Basically, this post will be about my BFF, Stephanie's 19th birthday celebration. Yeaaa, growing one year older again. this will be her last year celebrating her birthday with the age starting 1 in front of it. For the years onwards, she'll be stepping into another stage of her life beginning with age of 2x. (x here means unknown) LOL!  

p/s: Steph, I'm not insulting with ur ages yaaa.. =p   

okay, lets get the post started with fascinating content.

On the following day of her birthday, which is 8/9/11 Thursday,  there's another celebration for her after cg. BTW, I'm the game master of dat night. Punishment was set by me which is taking grimace photo of loser and post it in our cg blog. Guess wad? I ended up punish myself cos I lose the game. LOL!

10th Anniversary & Dedication Service @ CHCKL

hello, everyone! to all who missed this service, you definitely missed out on quite a bit! but no worries, here's a recap. (: i went for the Saturday service which was jam-packed with people and all CHC men who were strong, handsome and kind had to give up their sits for the visitors.

service started promptly at 5.30pm with the piano and the choir coming down in blue lights. you can really feel the anticipation in the air when the choir members with the lights went to their places on the stage and the lights started turning off one by one.

in between all the celebration, Ps. Phil gave the offering challenge and Ps. Kong preached the sermon which was awesome in all manners and if i was not mistaken, it was two different messages for both days. quite a lot of people dedicated and rededicated their lives to Christ! AMEN!
